Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase we will not issue a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some items are not eligible for a refund:

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Return Processing time
We will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied back to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 days for processing by your payment provider.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 days of notification first check your payment provider to verify they have received the notice of refund. If your payment provider has no record of the refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
