Return and Exchange Policy

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase we will not issue a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Return Processing time
We will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied back to the original method of payment.  Please allow up to 10 days for processing by your payment provider.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 days of notification first check your payment provider to verify they have received the notice of refund. If your payment provider has no record of the refund, please contact us at

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
